When and where is the ICAN National Accounting Summit 2023?
Thursday and Friday, 16 and 17 November 2023, Windhoek Country Club Resort, Golf Street, Windhoek.
How do I register?
Register online by clicking here and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration process. You will receive an email once your registration is confirmed.
What is the cost of attending?
The costs of registrations are published on the event registration form.
When do I need to register?
Registration opens on Friday, 20 October and closes on Friday, 10 November 2023. Limited seats are available for in-person attendance.
How can I register for the conference?
You can register for the conference online through our event website. Follow the registration instructions and complete the registration form.
When will the conference programme be available?
The conference programme will be posted on the event website before the event. You will also be able to download it with a unique QR code upon check-in at the event.
What are the seating arrangements?
Free seating arrangements. There will be reserved seats for special guests and speakers.

Are there networking opportunities during the conference?
Yes, we have a designated networking event planned for attendees to connect and collaborate at the end of Day 1 of the conference
Is the conference venue accessible to individuals with disabilities?
Yes, we strive to make our conference venues accessible. Please let us know about any specific needs or accommodations, and we will do our best to assist you.
Does this event qualify for CPD points? If so, how many credits may I log?
Yes, ICAN members may book up to 10 CPD credits per day. In total, ICAN members may book up to 20 CPD credits for attending both days.

What is the deadline for conference registration?
The registration deadline is 10 November 2023.
Are there any discounts available for students or groups?
Yes, we offer reduced rates for ICAN members, CA students and CA trainee accountants. Visit the registration page for details on fees and eligibility criteria. There is no discount for group bookings.
What forms of payment are accepted for registration fees?
We only accept EFT bank transfers.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my conference registration?
Yes, tickets are transferrable. Contact our registration team at secretariat@ca-nam.com to request a transfer and provide the new attendee’s details.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I can't attend?
Yes, tickets are transferrable. Contact our registration team at secretariat@ca-nam.com to request a transfer and provide the new attendee’s details.
Can I make changes to my online registration form after registering?
Yes, you can make changes to your form by logging into your registration account or by contacting the ICAN Secretariat, secretariat@ca-nam.com
